To setup your Amaze account follow these steps:
- Go to your app store and search for both words, “Amaze Health”, or if you’re on your mobile device, follow these links: App Store, Google Play Store
- Download the Amaze app
- Enter your username – return to the email that contained the link to this page for your login credentials
- Follow the steps to set a password for the first time
